Strategic Plan FY2026-2030

In support of its mission, the Auburn Public Library (APL) is committed to shaping a vibrant future through three key strategic priorities: cultivating connection, expanding access and delivery, and inspiring learning and discovery.

  • Cultivate Connection -- We aim to strengthen relationships among community members, organizations, and the library that foster collaboration, connection and engagement to help make our city a great place to live, work, learn and play.
  • Expand Access & Delivery -- We are committed to broadening accessibility to our spaces, services and resources so that everyone can engage with the Library in ways that best fit their needs and interests.
  • Inspire Learning & Discovery -- We aim to spark curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning by offering opportunities for exploration, innovation and personal growth.
