Individuals or groups of 20 or less may schedule a tour of the 911 Center from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. A 24-hour notice is requested and all visitors must sign a visitors' log.

Communications personnel are available to provide 911 education presentations to citizen groups. These presentations include topics such as the history of 911 in the City of Auburn, when to use 911, what to expect when you call 911, wireless and VOIP calls, how we operate and training standards.
